Pet Policy

PET POLICY Only dogs are accommodated. There is a pet charge of £12 per pet per week or part week. Dogs are most welcome as part of the family but we ask guests to ensure that pets are properly supervised so that their behaviour does not cause any damage or detract from the enjoyment of other visitors or neighbours. Guests must ensure that :- Wet and dirty pets are rubbed down prior to entering the house. They don’t get on the beds or furniture – even if covered with throws. Owners are extra vigilant during their first few hours here. (Dogs may want to "claim" new territory in the usual canine way!) Dogs are not left shut in the house unsupervised. Dogs do not foul the garden. Should an accident occur, owners must clear up appropriately. Pets are not allowed to run loose in shared garden areas. In the unlikely event that you detect fleas on your pet, areas of carpet around his bed should be treated with an appropriate treatment product. We own two fields where you can walk your dog. Although empty of stock most of the time, we cannot guarantee that either will be available at all times. We retain the right to refuse to accommodate any pet which in our opinion is causing, or likely to cause, nuisance or damage to our property. There will be no rental refund in such an instance.
