King’s Garn is a privately owned house situated in the heart of the New Forest, some 3 miles outside of Lyndhurst. The holiday flat is on the 2nd floor above the main house, totally self-contained with its own entrance and staircase. The accommodation consists of a living room, dining area, double and 2 single bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided and guests are given the choice of duvets or blankets. The house is set in 5 acres of garden with only the lawns immediately surrounding the house kept for the private use of the owners. There is a private tennis court in the grounds which is available for use without charge. The property has direct access to the open Forest, with many wonderful walks and cycle rides directly from the house. Cycle hire is available locally. Fishing, pony trekking, wind surfing, sailing and other water sports are available locally. There are in excess of 30 golf courses within 20 miles of the property. Paultons Theme Park, Marwell Zoo, historic cities, cathedrals, museums, wildlife sanctuaries, houses and gardens are all easily accessible from Kings Garn. Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome at no charge. Other pets may be considered following consultation with the owners. Terms and conditions can be supplied. Owners are requested to respect the owners property and keep pets off the furniture and beds, and to dry wet pets before allowing them up to the flat.
