The 2 miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! are just 10 minutes drive away or you can enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its lovely seafront restaurants and pubs. Riding, fishing, cycling on the Tarka Trail and a wealth of good walks can all be accessed locally.The accommodation, which is all on the ground floor, comprises a lounge with an open fire, a conservatory, a bedroom with twin beds (convertible to 1 king-size), a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with washbasin and WC. It has recently been lovingly renovated and is in excellent order throughout

Pets are welcome by arrangement with the owners. We accept no more than 2 pets per letting. Pets must be well behaved and are not allowed on furniture (beds, chairs, settees, etc. They must be kept on a lead in the grounds of the property.
