Traditional 19th Century stone built cottage in a rural location close by the River Don. A truly get away from it all kind of place but still retaining the comforts of home. There is full oil fired central heating and the lounge has a wood-burning stove. The accommodation, all on one floor, consists of double bedroom, twin bedded room, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, lounge, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels, heating and wood for the stove are all included.
Pet Policy
The cottage is situated in farm land and it is therefore imperative that pets are kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left in the property when it is unoccupied by their owners. The cost of repairing or replacing any damage to any part of the property or contents caused by pets will be payable by their owners.
